Great Plugin, 2 Questions

    Hello Guys.

    Great job with the plugin! Really needed it and i like it!

    I have 2 questions about the plugin and it work:

    – When i preview the prints everything looks great. But when i print it the header says the website’s URL and wordpress. The Footer says the URL of the shopping page. Is there a way to turn this of? I dont want my custumers to see this.

    – Secons question is: on youre plugins website in the first screenshot i see two options on the bottem that are not availible in my version: print direct on preview and order numbering options. The first i do not have at all, and the second i cant do anything with. It says sequential numbering is enabled but i cant do anything with it.

    Hope you can help me with these 2 things, would be great!
