    Great and well-coded plugin. It would be great if these features/changes can be added in a future release.
    1) Rename the dashboard action buttons to ‘Approve Request’ and ‘Decline Request’ instead of Cancel Order and Process Order.

    2) Ability for admins to add a note when declining cancellation requests so the customer get to know why their requests got declined.
