Great plugin! …

This is a great form plugin, I struggled with others to make them work and failed, but with this one I accomplished everything I needed!

Though there are a lot of options on the Free version I just wished there were a few more, but I don’t complain. I will get the Pro version when I can afford it.

You could consider the donation model as well, following the principles of Charles Eisenstein (charleseisenstein.org). Just an idea …
