    we used the PDF Embedder and the PDF Thumbnails plugins. Both plugins are great and work excellent. The PDF Thumbnails saved us on a site where the hosting provider does not allow the PHP ImageMagick extension. The PDF Embedder has cleaned up our sites with heavy PDF usage for easier viewing of PDFs.
