• Don’t know why some people complain about support.
    So far I have no issues using the plugin. I’m using the free version, and when I need to add extra functionality I’m using plugin documentation, which is great. One thing that I would recommend improving – is documentation navigation. Sometimes you need to do several jumps back and forward to get what you need.

    When I have some difficulties I’m using a free support branch and getting feedback during the day or the next day.
    If you need faster support you probably would need a paid version. So I don’t understand some complaints.

    For authors – thank you for the plugin!

    Well, no argument there. 🙂 We’ve been working on updating our existing documentation lately and the topic of navigation has definitely come up more than once. The hard part is designing a more streamlined yet accessible format. There’s a lot of ‘stuff’ packed up in all those documentation pages. We’re getting there!
