Great Plugin! But….

Thanks for making this plugin. I have it working on my WP site but I have a few questions.

1. The TOC (table of contents) does not display and is not even in the html markup, is it possible to have this display on the articles?

2. Is there a way to combine the WP search to also search the dokuwiki contents?

3. Can we include a link to the sitemap the dokuwiki makes?
