    This is a great plug-in for building forms on your blog without have to write a single line of code. The interface is quite intuitive and should have you up and running quickly.

    Try the free version to get a feel for its functionality and then upgrade to the Pro version for only $10 if you like. The Pro version adds some nice features, especially PayPal integration and the ability to edit form entries after they are submitted by the user.
