  • Raquel,

Are you getting emails when an order status is changed? For example from ‘Pending’ to ‘cancelled’. Try ordering something yourself & cancel the order (for example let PayPal timeout — takes a few hours) OR manually cancel the order (WP admin — WC — orders). In either of these situations, I don’t get the cancellation email.

When I place an order, I do get the email.

The same email address is used for ORDER & CANCELLATIONs. [email protected]
I’ve tried with different mail types: webMail and SMTP/IMAP.

Maybe this will work with a fresh installation, such as yours??

WP: 3.8, Woo: 3.10 (I am seriously “afraid” of updating to 3.11 — LOL, but not really funny).

    Thanks,

    Bob

    OOPS … WP: 4.8

    Hello wpfishing,

I never had any problem and always receive the emails.

On the other hand, I had email problems such as not receiving emails. Now I use my Gmail address instead of [email protected]

I’ve been using WooCommerce on my aerial yoga site. I have a regular shop with products and now I’m using a calendar plugin for events that uses WooCommerce and it works fine. I received emails, canceled one purchase and emails were sent.

You could create a test site to update before updating the live site. It’s safer and less work.
