Great plugin, great support

This tool is great! It allows our clients to export data as needed from comments, posts, custom post types, etc. Before using this we needed a Database Admin involved for all exports, not our clients can do everything themselves!

Support is fantastic as well! I had a problem and they emailed me a detailed step by step guide that solved the issue and showed me the power of the ability to pass any fields to your own php functions.

Note: we use the paid version of this plugin.
