Great plugin, great support

I was a little concerned when I saw the number of paid add-ons, that the free plugin would not be very good and the plugin would end up being expensive.

However, the free plugin is very feature rich and very professional.

As it happened, I opted for the Private Comments add-on. There was a subtle, but important, bug in the interaction between the private comments and the comment subscriptions (part of the free plugin). But they fixed the bug extremely quickly.
