Great plugin – Important feature request

Using WP 4.2.2 and Buddypress 2.2.3.1
Plugin is working very nice, excellent contribution to the BP library!
We just have a couple of small requests! 🙂
1) When you click on a social icon we would prefer to have the links open in a new tab/window. Taking visitors away from our site is a major Faux Pas 🙂
It would also be nice if users could easily replace the social icons. We have uploaded our own for the time being.
