After using this for a while, we’ve come across some annoyances with every day usage.
The main thing is that as an admin, you can’t just create a ticket direct to a recipient. First, you have to create a ticket AS the recipient and then reply to it. A total pain after a while, especially if you’re trying to use the system to replace regular emails.
Another thing is getting through quite a few tickets feels clunky. There really should be a ticket list visible while reading the ticket body, so you can easily click between them, just like every email application.
Overall, though, it’s a great support plugin with very reasonably priced pro addons. I’ve tried just about every support plugin there is and this one is the pick of the lot. If it was a bit easier to live with, we’d keep using it..
