Great Plugin, thanks – feature request

I love plugins that work and ad great functionality to my sites. You make me look good..

Images uploaded using the plugin Enable Media Replace did not resize.

Would you add a feature (Paid version idea! I get free unlimited copies! LOL. Seriously!)

This feature would allow users to set the upload size during the upload process.
Just add the same form that is on the setting page.
Fit within x pixels width/height
with a check box and a size.
check for yes resize this one to a custom size overriding the default setting.
and the height and width fields.
