Can you please let me know what specific issues you are talking about here so I can help out as according to your WordPress account you haven’t started any support requests.
I’ve also checked my Pro support emails and the only email I had from you was regarding license issues and a query regarding maintaining a list of licenses, to which I replied within a few hours answering both points.
