I started using Postmatic a while ago to manage our comments the daily emails. Not only is the system easy to learn, but the folks at Postmatic are quick and responsive to concerns or potential ideas for the future.
We are hoping to have increased engagement, while not annoying our readers and so far, it seems to be working!
