Great solution – Excellent support

It is said, that a software solution’s quality depends mainly on the provided support service behind it. I can tell, that not just the solution itself is great to work with, but the support and development service deserves another 5 star rating and a huge respect.

We had issues with PHP 8.2 and Deprecated Warnings, so I wrote to all involved plugin developer companies to provide compatibility releases, so that my Query Monitor isn’t overloaded with a lot of PHP Warnings. I know, it is not a fatal error issue, but I was keen on to get compatible versions of plugins, especially where we have payed subscription.

StoreApps was the first and fastest of all the plugin developer companies, where I could get not just a normal Level 1 Support Answer, but also very fast new and stable releases, which also solved my “nice-to-have” requests.
