    I was having an issue with one of the plugins I was using with this theme so I contacted support and they were able to debug it within a short period of time. Turns out the issue wasn’t even with them, so they gave me a plugin fix to use and they contacted the other company to get the fix made on their end. That’s great support, definitely recommend.
