Great customer service

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the theme developer was. I was having some issues with the site kicking out an error message when trying to do some updates, and none of the troubleshooting tips I found online were working. The developer helped resolve the issue and explained what he did so that I learned in the process. They stuck with it until it was resolved in spite of the customization I’d done causing some problems. Prompt, friendly, and very responsive.
