Great Support

I was having issues with an add-on and support really helped me a lot. Come to find out I did not really need it so they refunded my purchase and then continued to help me getting Download Manager set the way I wanted it. They even helped me make changes in the CSS to get the look I wanted.
These people ROCK!!!
