I don’t know about other people’s experience but for me, the assigned support guy answered every question with very detailed steps.
I usually receive a response within a day, occasionally a few hours.
Although it sometimes gets a bit buggy, the app itself is pretty good, but with the constant updates from them, the issues usually get solved quite fast.

Kudos to them.
