    UPDATE 04/2026: The QSM team continues their great tradition of exemplary support on their program! I continue to appreciate the patience and support they provide each time I ask a question! The program provides me with features I can’t get otherwise and, when I correctly configure everything, it works perfectly! GO TEAM QSM!!!

    Had a problem with the integration between QSM and CRM. Kriti supplied me with a solution which makes things better and clears up the original issue.

    Had a problem with an Addon. Turned it in. Kriti got it tested and corrected for me. Soooo appreciate it! This is an important addon for us for user experience. Thank you, QSM and Kriti! I’m a happy camper!

    Kriti again came through for me. Was having a problem with the portal and Kriti got it fixed in record time!
