Great support!

I ran the free version for a couple of years but purchased the license for the support. I recently migrated to the pro version as I could now do what I wanted with the forms. Even though my configuration with a customized form was not specifically supported, they provided a snippet that works great as a workaround to the issue I had. Not many plugin developers will provide snippets to solve problems so quickly.
