We moved from Judge.me and like many others were looking for a solid alternative. Wiser Reviews has been brilliant. The support team has been so helpful during setup – always quick to respond and even added a new setting we asked for. The import process was easy and everything is now running smoothly on our site. So far, it is the closest alternative we’ve found to Judge.me with the features we need.
