Great Support Experience!

Had an issue getting the “Write with AI” feature working, and Tracy from support helped me out right away. She was super friendly and patient, and we figured out it was just my OpenAI billing not being active. Really appreciate how easy and pleasant the support experience was, quick fix and great attitude!
