    I’m updating my review after almost 2 years of using it and even having the pleasure of working with their customer support. First off, the product is brilliant. It has evolved and improved into a very robust and versatile ticketing system which is exactly what I needed. Over the past year, the improvements and new features have benefited us quite a lot. Secondly, their customer support is very responsive and great at assisting with anything I required. This is one of the top reasons I recommend this plugin. It’s great to have someone on call to assist.
