For a one man show like my office it’s quite a big step to offer live chat for web support. Moreover, I’m frequently out of office and therefore need a seamless communication channel. Therefore I gave Formilla’s chat tool a try – without really knowing what would await me when it comes to handle the support requests. I fell immedately in love with this solution: The setup is so easy and secure, it’s not even worth mentioning the time it took. The really great thing is the support panel in the backend: This allows a professional handling of requests either by mail or by chat.
Another important part of extensions is the handling of support requests. When I asked Formilla to implement the german language, Tony not only replied incredibly fast and friendly, but set up this option in no time. Thanks again for this great work – and the personal, friendly support!
