green rectangle – failed to send your message

    hello!

    if you go to http://www.pakgroupna.com/contact/ and try to fill out the contact form and click Submit, you’ll get the “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method” error message, but in a solid green rectangle. What do I do? I’ve tried looking up info on this problem, but people mostly talk about the rectangles with white background and colored outlines.

    The problem was noticed last week, though no changes have been made to the site in months.

    My coding skills are quite limited, so any help would be greatly appreciated. If I have to enter code (I hope not), please explain it to me like I’m a 5-year-old.

    It’s your custom theme that applies the style to the response message. Try switching to the default theme.

    I have some follow up questions:

    Do you mean switching to the “default theme” of the of the form plugin? How would I go about doing this?

    What caused this to happen, since the form has worked well all of this time?
