Grid Columns on Multiple Lines

Hello – I have a grid on my About Us page with one small column for an image and then another column for a description. In my edit version the alignment is perfect but as soon as I publish and take a look at it then the image and description are on two different lines. Any help to keep the formatting the same for my grid?

It looks normal to me.

Please be noted GP as the theme doesn’t have control over content built with a plugin. I see it’s built with GeneraeteBlocks, you are welcome to open a support topic in GB’s support forum 🙂

Yes @yingscarlett and @leohsiang – both of you were looking at the right section. Seems like the issue has also resolved itself for the About Us page on my end as well…however I still have the same issue on the home page and this is why I thought it was a bigger problem on my site overall.

Are my grids out of order on the home page (https://print3dbyte.com) on your screen as well? Wondering if this is a caching/timing issue or a sizing issue with my containers?

I also just tried to fix the resolution on my image by increasing the resolution to full (which didn’t work) but now it reverted the grid back into separate lines…

I’m not sure how to add screenshots as attachments to this forum but please do let me know how its showing up on your screen.
