Group Checkboxes not appearing

    The checkboxes for the user to select from are not appearing at all. When an email is entered and the ‘Subscribe’ button is pressed is throws an error for the user to select a group before proceeding.

    @chrisjacksonintegrity ,

    Are you using plugin on single site or multi site?
    Have you selected checkbox to show the groups in the Email Subscribers – Group Selector form that you created?
