Group Dropdown only shows 25 Groups

For organisational purposes I am creating ~200 groups of redirects in Redirection.

So far I have created 52 groups, but now when I go to add a new redirect, when I select the “Group” dropdown I only see 25 groups displayed. It seems to be the bottom 25 in alphabetical order. I can scroll through those 25 and select one of them, but there is no way to select one of the other 27 groups I have created.

Could this be a bug? How come I can’t scroll through all groups in the dropdown?

I’m not sure if this is related but while I was trying to find a solution I noticed that in the “Screen Options” dropdown at the top there is an option to change pagination: “Log entries (200 max)”. The default for this is 25, yet if I change this number and apply the change, nothing happens. When I go back into Screen Options it shows 25 again.
