Thank you for contacting us! Due to limitations in Facebook’s API for Groups, you can only display posts in your feed that were created after you added the Smash Balloon app to your group. If there have not been any new posts to your group since you set this up, please try creating a new post and then go to WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Settings > Feeds and click Clear All Caches to update the feed right away.

However, after configuring the plugin, we had posts (several per day), but I don’t see any of them coming up.

Thanks for the update! Could you submit a support request here and include the System Info from the Help page of the Facebook feed plugin settings so we can investigate this further for you?
