How do I change group icon so it liiks better in the list?

You mean active networks list, http://gra4.com/networks ?

Well, you have to upload custom icon for your groups (so it will stand out from the “greyheads” )

Short version: Open your group page, click “Edit Group”, upload the icon, and click “Save”.
