Group Levels Not Upgrading

    I have a multi level website setup.

    The free level allows them access to one page on the site.

    Once they purchase the upgraded level (we use woocommerce for the checkout)

    Their level is not upgraded. All settings in woocommerce are set:

    Under the product we have selected the membership level they get once purchased.

    But it is not changing.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

    When you refer to a multi level website? Does this mean user’s can have multiple membership levels at the same time or that you have a couple of membership levels a user may choose from?

    Also please note that only once the WooCommerce order is set to ‘complete’ the user will then receive the new membership level.
