We weren’t able to reproduce the issue with the WPC Product Bundles (Smart Bundle) products and simple products marked as Hidden. That being said, it’s expected that the Simple products themselves won’t be synced to your store (because they are marked as Hidden).
However, there might be another reason why the product isn’t being synced, per Facebook’s commerce policy, and the plugin documentation.
If the products are following the guidelines, but are still not being synced, you can try resetting the connection:
- Temporarily disable all caching plugins and clear the cache
- On the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page, click on Facebook: Reset all products
- Delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin
- Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
- Reinstall and reconnect to your page
If the issue persists, please share a few examples of the products that aren’t being synced, and how they are set up (any screenshots you could include will be quite helpful as well).

Hi – thanks for the response but the issue has nothing to do with ‘Product Bundles’, it’s ‘Grouped’ products where the individual products are hidden but they form part of a group that’s visible.

Yes, Group products aren’t supported. The best course of action would be to open this ticket on the GitHub issues page, as a feature request, so the Dev team can take it into consideration for future releases.
