Grouped products question

Does this plugin work with grouped products? I have a grouped product where each linked product is a “ticket type” (adult, child) and I want to add a text field under each option, so people can write the names of the people who will be using each ticket.
But the field only appears once on the grouped product page, instead of below each option. Even more strangely, if I add a value to the text field for the grouped product, it’s then shown multiple times at checkout, below each single product. This is clearly confusing and not a logical behaviour. Can you confirm if this plugin can be made to work in the way I need? Thanks
