Grouping Stores

Hello there,

Is there a way where we can assign each store to a city and then show the stores grouped in the checkout dropdown list? For example i have added more than 50 stores for 4 cities, i need to assign each store to a city and then show them grouped in the checkout so customers can easily find a store in their city, instead of checking one by one.
