Groups not working

My groups are no longer showing up in my staff directory, except for one – I have four columns with different directories.
Only the code appears (eg. [simple-staff-list group=”Administration”])
I haven’t changed anything, except updating to the latest version of WordPress and the plugin (on Multisites).

Please help!
