Groups rules page not working properly

I have an issue since a few updates back (maybe for 3/4 months now). The groups rules on the conditions page is not working properly. The “Select group” and “Select field” dropdowns don’t list the groups nor fields. The result is that the group(s) remain hidden on the page. Kindly advise.

Basically, at the conditional fields tab, the groups are not shown neither the fields. I see the default “–Select group–” and when I click on the drop down, no options are loaded. Same for the conditional fields. The text mode shows “-1” in both fields. If write the groups/fields names manually in the text mode, the form works fine, however on any update of the form I’ll have to do it manually again, otherwise the conditional fields will not work.
