Groups Wocommerce Nextgen Public Uploader

I’m trying to make Groups Wocommerce and Nextgen Public Uploader work together unsuccessfully. I guess this happens because the “customer” role isn’t recognized by Nextgen Public Uploader. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
