Thanks for your feedback. While GSAP is now free to use, it is not licensed under GPL. Instead, it uses GreenSock’s proprietary “No Charge” license, which allows free usage (even for commercial projects) but is not GPL-compatible.
ww.wp.xz.cn only allows plugins that include GPL-compatible code, so we are not allowed to bundle GSAP in our free plugin on the ww.wp.xz.cn repository. This is a strict rule from ww.wp.xz.cn, not a limitation from us.
In our premium version (outside ww.wp.xz.cn), we can legally include GSAP without any issue.
We hope this clears up the misunderstanding and that you’ll consider updating your rating.
