    Hi,
When mapping g.shipping to a number type field, in the xml file is only this visible: <g:shipping/>
I also noticed, that there is no g:price chosable for shipping.
    What can I do?
Thanks a lot for help and kind regards
    Martin

  • Hi Martin,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Google’s g:shipping requirements are pretty complex. Just adding a “number” is not going to work as Google requires more than that. See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324484?hl=en

Therefor our plugin gets the data from your WooCommerce shipping methods and zones only. So you would have to set those up and make sure you follow these guidelines/mappings: https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/

Now since you tried adding just a number I am going to assume that your shipping costs are the same for all your products? In that case it is probably best to go for the shipping label option as described in the above blog post and set your shipping costs itself in your Google Merchant Center.

    Hope this helps?

    Hi,
Thanks a lot for this super fast answer!
It is a marketplace, so i tried to set a custom field for each product. The shipping cost are different per single shop.

    Hi,

When you are creating a marketplace feed then I am not sure if using Google’s template for that is right choice? Is it the marketplace requirement to provide them with a Google Shopping feed?

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for now.
