AO can help for each one of those, but (and therein lies the limitation) only for files that AO can optimize (i.e. local js & css-files), so externally hosted css/ js (e.g. google fonts CSS or google maps JS) will remain as is.
hope this clarifies,

Any suggestions on optimizing the site even more so? Anything I can do would help.

well, which AO options are you currently using?

These are the settings I have
HTML Options
Optimize HTML Code?
JavaScript Options (All of them checked)
CSS Options
Optimize CSS Code?
Generate data: URIs for images?
Also aggregate inline CSS?
and Save aggregated script/css as static files?
That is what I have checked…
well, something seems to be “killing” JS optimization and that is definitively hurting your performance .. I guess this is a plugin (or theme) conflict somehow, you could deactivate all your plugins one by one until you find the culprit?

So deactivate them one by one, clear cache each time and re run the test on gt metrix?
clear (ao) cache shouldn’t be needed, wp rocket .. maybe. gtmetrix is optional; just check the HTML source for cache/autoptimize/js, if it’s there you’ve found the problem.
