    I re-did the test and I see major 2 issues;
    1. the JS download is blocked by the CSS download (you could try the “remove render-blocking CSS” option)
    2. the JS-file was not on the shortpixel CDN yet so had to be fetched from your origin server, which slows things down. consider switching from “aggregate JS” to “don’t aggregate but defer”

    hope this helps,
    frank

    Okay,

    I tried both options “Eliminate render-blocking css” and “dont aggregate but defer” for the JS. When I did that, the website would not load.

    When I unchecked eliminate render-blocking css, it started working but not sure if it helped too much since GT Metrix for my staging website is vastly different that my live website.

    This is my staging website if you want to check if anything has improved https://wordpress-601622-2707470.cloudwaysapps.com

    Also when I click dont aggregate but defer for js there is another option that says “ Also defer inline JS?” should this be enabled or not?

    Warm regards

    Update:

    I did the dont aggregate but defer option on my live website. After checking GT Metrix, I do not see the autoptimize issue on the waterfall.

    COuld you kindly check if everything is in order?
