    Hello,
    I am having trouble accessing the “create a ticket” or any section of the wp support page when signed in as a guest. I’ve tried a lot to fix the problem, but nothing seems to work. Other admin profiles etc can log in and create ticket which works great, but how do I modify it so that a guest can only view “submit a ticket” section of the site. I’m getting the error “Sorry, you do not have permission to view this page”.
    If you could get back to me as soon as possible it would be appreciated. By the way cool plugin!

    The company I am currently with would like to see this fully functioning if they were to purchase the pro version of the system.

    Is this a beta plugin that isn’t monitored anymore?

    Hello,
    Please goto Support Plus > General Tab > General Setting > Restrict to view advance support page setting and uncheck all the options. After that recheck your issue. If it does not solve your issue then please create a ticket here so that we can check this problem on your site.
