@imranduraani, Are you accepting recurring payments (subscription)? It should be optional for one-time payments.
@naa986 Thanks for your response.
Recurring not in a sense that a single user will be paying multiple times. This is not an e-commerce site either. I just want each buyer to land at guest payment checkout page whenever they choose to pay for a service they select.
Do you think this is possible? if so please guide how do I enable it?
Thanks in advance.
@imranduraani, This plugin doesn’t support onsite checkout. You add shortcodes to create buttons (e.g. buy now, add to cart, donate, subscription). When a user clicks on a button they are redirected to PayPal for payments.
Try clearing your cache, cookies or using a different browser to see if it fixes the guest checkout issue. Alternatively you can contact PayPal regarding this matter.
@naa986 Thank You!
I don’t want onsite checkout either. I want when a user clicks on Buy Now button it should redirect to Paypal Guest checkout.
I got your point. However just to confirm, There is no specific settings in your plugin to redirect to PayPal guest checkout payment? If PayPal Account Optional in PayPal is enabled, it should work, right?
@imranduraani, There is no code to enable/disable this from outside. This is controlled by PayPal.
The only thing a user can do is select the “PayPal Account optional” checkbox in their PayPal account (which you have already done). If it still doesn’t work you will need to contact PayPal to fix it.
