    When users must be registered and logged in to comment is enabled, the reply form will still show guest fields (name, email, website). However when a reply is submitted by a guest it will return an error. Those field shouldn’t be shown when “users must be registered and logged in to comment” option is enabled.

    After testing the plugin again I found out it was not enough to select the option in the wordpress discussion. It is also needed to disable guest comments on the plugin setting page.
