You don’t use LiteSpeed web server. That means you can’t use the cache, the Guestmode and some other functions. Also you have an additional cache plugin installed. That causes conflicts! It is you better to remove LiteSpeed cache plugin or you use quic.cloud instead if you want to use all functions from LiteSpeed cache plugin, but the additional cache plugin must always be removed. Using more than 1 cache layer always causes conflicts and your server sends stale content.

check your .htaccess and /wp-content/.htaccess , or even /wp-content/plugins/.htaccess, it may have something that blocks request.
Hi, @qtwrk I have checked the .htaccess file and it does not look like there is anything that is blocking the request. I can see the LiteSpeed code in .htaccess

Like I told you in previous answers, you don’t have LiteSpeed web server, so you can’t use Guestmode. That is why you get this error. Disable Guestmode, Mobile View and webp Replacement. With web server you are using you can only use some features for optimization. If you want the real and max speed for your site switch to host provider that offers LiteSpeed.

no , not the main htaccess,
check if you have htaccess file inside of wp-content or its sub dir
it got be something blocked , webserver itself won’t block it , it’s either from .htaccess rules , or some kind of security measure , like mod_security
