Guest Optimization causes Odd Page Rendering

When I have Guest Optimization on, it causes problems with the way the site loads for about 4 seconds before the page loads normally. I would prefer not to leave it on whilst waiting for you to check as I know sometimes post responses take a few days, so I created a screenshot to share and added a link to that.
