guest plus 1

for my guest invitations
some of my guest also have an invite to bring someone (a plus one)

so when i import my guest list
how do i indicate whom can bring someone
and who cannot

and for those that can bring one
and choose to bring someone
how can i ask for the name of the person they are bringing?
