Hey thanks. Yes the plugin enables either guest posting or logged-user posting. To enable guest posting, simply add the form to any post or page. If the user is not logged in, they still will be able to post.
I hope this helps. Let me know if I can provide any further infos.
Hi thx For Ur reply!
OK But so i have to select some Options before? The Thing is, when i Testet IT Without beeing logged in, there is a Message that says i should Login to Post something. Or does this come from another Plugin or something i have to Change in wo Options?
Best regards,
O.
It could be USP or some other plugin (or both), or it could be your theme, etc. If it is USP that is doing it, try disabling the setting, “Require User Login” should do the trick.
If a logged in user submits a post to another registered user who is not logged in can an email be generated informing the user not logged in that he has received a post?
@6oh4w
Glad to help:
1) “If a logged in user submits a post to another registered user”
Logged-in users only can submit posts under their own name.
2) “can an email be generated informing the user not logged in that he has received a post?”
No sorry, not a current feature of the plugin.
Let me know if I can provide any further infos.
Thanks Jeff, now I can stop trying!
My pleasure, glad to help anytime.
